Due to the consumable nature of our products, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed. However, if you experience an issue with your order, we urge you to reach out via any of our listed modes of contact and we will do our best to try accommodate your concerns. Please email us with your order number and a brief description of the issue, and our customer service team will be in touch ASAP.
IMPORTANT: If an order is undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout (including name or address errors), we are unable to guarantee reshipment. Any resolution in such cases will be handled at the sole discretion of the site vendor ("óh.Hi").
